This series could do work of measuring ,can holding , vibration and filling ,etc,it can constitute the whole set can filling work line with other related machines , and suitable for filling kohl, glitter powder ,pepper, cayenne pepper ,milk powder ,rice flour ,albumen powder ,soy milk powder ,coffee powder ,medicine powder ,additive ,essence and spice ,etc.
Main features of filling machine:
1. Stainless steel structure , level split hopper ,easily to wash.
2.Servo-motor drive auger. servo-motor controlled turntable with stable performance.
3.PLC,touch screen and weighing module control
4.With adustable height-adjustment handwheel at reasonablethe height, easy to adjust the head position.
5.With pneumatic can lifting device and vibrating device to assure the material not spilling out when filling.
6.Weight-chosen device , to assure each product be qualified, so to leave the latter cull eliminator.
7.To save all product's parameter formula for later use, save 10 sets at most.
8.When changing the auger accessories ,itis suitable for materials ranging from super fine powder to small granula.
