TLSS Series Screw Conveyor
Applied range
TLSS Series Screw Conveyor is a kind of fixed device of conveying equipment, mainly used for Level and small angle (≤20°) transportation of granule and powder materials in the industry of grain, flour and feed, not applicable for long distance transportation, the transportation distance is less than 20m when level conveying, and the transportation distance is not more than 5m when inclining conveying. Also can’t be used for conveying the materials that has the features of corrosive, viscous, caking, containing excessive impurities, rough surface and easily broken materials. The working temperature is between -20℃ and 50℃.
Advantage
1. Compact structure, can be hanged on the ceiling, or placed on the ground, small occupied area, easy to maintain.
2. The feeding and discharging structure is settled simple and flexible;
3. The direction of material conveying is reversible;
4. The materials can be transported to two both direction through one conveyor at the same time.
5. The multiple processes can be done during the process of transport, such as mixing, stirring and cooling
