Production features

The Advantage of Our Mixing System
>Configure multiple batching bin, the route of the power into the bin is crossing, flexible dispatch for the
bin. The bin body and the cone hopper all adopt octagon, and use eccentric, vertical unloading, and the
second times enlarged bucket,which can effectively prevent the material from arching.
>The feed port of the screw feeder has special structure, in order to reduce the starting load.To adapt to
the feeding speed of different materials, mixing system configured with different sizes of screw feeders,
with different feed speed to work with the computer bacthing scale, which ensures the batching accuracy
and speed.
Character of The Mixed System
The uniform mixed material is further processed by permanent magnetic cylinder, thus preventing the powder
product containing iron and guarantee safe production of the granulator.
Set up waste counter line and wrong batching bin. If a batching error happened, the material can transport to
the wrong batching bin through the waste counter line and waited for later use.
Product Character
Set 2 batching scale, and is equipped with manual additive material feeder which combined with feeding mouth and dust filter, discharge valve and batching scale discharge valve is interlocked, and this can effectively prevent the misuse of additives and to ensure the best feeding time of the additive.
Drum Additive Mixer
The mixing part adopts double shaft paddle or single shaft paddle, per batch mixing time is 30-120 seconds, and the variation coefficient CV of the mixing homogeneity is less than or equal to 5%.
