Chicken feed processing machines


Function:

*9KJ Series Flat Type Pellet Mill. After the mixer the materials through this machine and pelleted it at once time. At this processing it is no need add any hot water and no need eupiped the dryer. In the production process the material will be natural heat up to 70°the starch gelatinization, protein denaturation and clotting. The pellet curing from deep inside. Surface smooth, high hardness can be stored for a ling time. 

*All screws is high strength screw with a magnitude of 8.8 -10.9. Especially the transmission assembly we in strict accordance with the standard car and the gear fastening torque is over other company about 15 times. All exposed screw galvanized with Plating dacromet surface treatment. Roller mill are all made of high quality alloy steel
