Working Principle                                                                                                                                           

5.5kw 8hp 5000kg/h corn thresher machine mainly consist of feed table, hopper, rotary drum for threshing, blower, frame and other mechanisms.

When pushed into the hopper, crops are sucked by negative pressure generate from high speed rotating blades of threshing disc. Kernels fall off due to high speed impact and continuous friction, threshed crops and straws are thrown to separation chamber.

Kernels not threshed completely will be rubbed again by spiral rod until they are able to pass through the screen, and finally fall into sorting chamber.

Under the action of blower, leftovers (straw or husk) and kernels are blown out of thresher separately.
