Automatic Aluminum Foil Coil Feeder Machine with Lubrication Unit (UNDE-110)
The decoiler unit uses a precise stepper motor to adjust the exact speed of aluminum foil entering the press. The height of the feeding system is manual adjustable to ensure the right entrance height of the aluminum foil tor the tool currently used on the press.
The reel shaft system allows you to quickly and easily exchange the rolls by maintaining the optimal axial alignment of the coil with the mould.
The decoiler also includes lubrication for the foil strip so you don't have to buy the pre lubricated raw material which is more economic and also more flexible (in case of special requirements ong the used lubricant).
