The description of silica sand rotary dryer:

silica sand rotary dryer mainly consists of drum body,raw materials feeding plate(feed head), rolling ring,roller, motor,speed reducer, driving and supporting device, etc.

Work principle of silica sand rotary dryer:

The raw materials plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles, throws the humidity sand into the rotary dryer. After the sand contact with hot air some minutes alter, water will be separated from the materials and changed into vapour that ultimately discharged into dust catcher ,then the atmosphere. All of this over the sand is dry,this is the drying process.
