Facilities:
The complete system of drying machine is mainly composed by the dewaterer, burning furnace,feed conveyor, rotary dyer,pipes, output conveyor,dust catcher,ESP, fan,control cabinet components.
Principle of drying system:
Humidity materials are putted from the feed screw directly into the dryer machinery , was copied on the drum wall panels repeatedly, after scattered through the broken device, the raw material and was full contacted with high-temperature medium to complete heat and mass transfer process
Due to the effect of the roller’s inclination and citation am the wind, the material moves slowly from the feed end, then discharged from thedryer after drying, the exhaust gas dusted through dust catcher, then discharged to the atmosphere.
