1. Brief introduction of machine to make the pellet
This machine-- machine to make the pellet is also called feed pellet machine or wood pellet making machine, which is used to compress various grain materials into solid pellets. 4. Working principles of machine to make the pellet
In the inner part of the machine to make the pellet, there is a compression roller and a die. The die has a lot of holes:
1. When the sawdust get into the hopper of the machine to make the pellet , the compression roller will repeatedly compress the sawdust into the hole of the die.
2. At the flounce of the compress force, the pellet come out from the holes.
3. When the pellet has enough weight, it will be broken up by the gravity. The length is from 3--8cm.
5. Application of machine to make the pellet
The raw materials of machine to make the pellet can be rice husk, peanut shell, corn stalks, corn cob, cotton stalks, wood shavings, sawdust and other solid scrap materials.

Q1. Does this machine can make wood pellets?
Answer: This machine can make both wood pellets and feed pellets. When making feed pellets, it performs better and the capacity is bigger.
Q2. What are the spare parts for this series pellet machine?
Answer: The spare parts for this machine are one die and two rollers.
Q3. How often should I change the spare parts?
Answer: The long life time of the die and rollers is 1500 hours at least. It needs to change the easy wear parts every five months. If maintained and used well, the parts can be used about EIGHT months or more.
Q4. How often would the machine need to be serviced?
Answer: Every three months is the best for the machine.
Q5. Does the raw materials require any additives to aid in the forming of the pellets?
Answers: It doesn't need to add any additives to aid in the forming of pellets. The only thing you need to do is to control the moisture of the raw materials properly.
