Usage of the machine:
It is used to produce pellet feed for pig, cattle, sheep, rabbit, chicken, duck, fish,etc; or To make inorganic fertilizer granule;this pellet machine also used to produce the wood pellet for fuel.
The requirement of raw material:
The raw material of this pellet machine usually below 6mm powder, if your raw material is straw, wood branch , corn husk and so on, you should grind them into powder at first, and then you can directly use the machine.

Q1. Does this machine can make wood pellets?
Answer: This machine can make both wood pellets and feed pellets. When making feed pellets, it performs better and the capacity is bigger.
Q2. What are the spare parts for this series pellet machine?
Answer: The spare parts for this machine are one die and two rollers.
Q3. How often should I change the spare parts?
Answer: The long life time of the die and rollers is 1500 hours at least. It needs to change the easy wear parts every five months. If maintained and used well, the parts can be used about EIGHT months or more.
Q4. How often would the machine need to be serviced?
Answer: Every three months is the best for the machine.
Q5. Does the raw materials require any additives to aid in the forming of the pellets?
Answers: It doesn't need to add any additives to aid in the forming of pellets. The only thing you need to do is to control the moisture of the raw materials properly.
