Product introduction:Flat-die Pellet Machine is used for making fuel pellet,use in school,power plant,hospital and also can

 make feed pellet with high efficiency,for chicken,cow,duck,sheep and so on. It also can be used to

 make fertilizer pellet ,multi-functional. The main raw material is widely,such as sawdust,rice husk,

cotton stalk,and so on....

 

Flat-die pellet machine have two parts,one is drive part (include motor,,gear case), 

another part is pelletize part(bearing,mould, roller,knife).

 

The working principle:Flat-die pellet machine is easy to operate, just put the raw material into the machine from

 feed port,the mould rotate friction,the roller rotate,by these two power, the raw material was pressed

 into mould,and be the cylindrical, these pellet will be sent out through the discharge port, in the

 discharge port, there is knifes, when the pellet go though, the knife will rotate and cut the pellet into

 small part, according to customer’s demand, the die clearance can be changed to achieved to get 

different size pellet.

 

Advantage:Flat-die pellet machine’s advantage:1.the drive part install the automatic filtration cycle 

and lubrication system, to make sure the gear and large bearings can lubrication constantly.

 

1.The pellet room have the automatic batch-type oil supply system,lubrication system, 

to ensure the lubrication between roller and large bearings.

 

2.Tapered roller can induce the friction which is not necessary.

 

3.Out flat-die ;pellet machine set a observation door, you can observe the machine’s working ,

and check the machine at any time, also it’s convenient to maintain.

 

4.There is a fan with machine’s gear, can ensure the machine radiating timely.

 

5.The flat-die pellet machine is easy to operate,and different kinds of type, suitable for home use,

Answer: This machine can make both wood pellets and feed pellets. When making feed pellets, it performs better and the capacity is bigger.

Q2. What are the spare parts for this series pellet machine?
Answer: The spare parts for this machine are one die and two rollers.

Q3. How often should I change the spare parts? 
Answer: The long life time of the die and rollers is 1500 hours at least. It needs to change the easy wear parts every five months. If maintained and used well, the parts can be used about EIGHT months or more.

Q4. How often would the machine need to be serviced?
Answer: Every three months is the best for the machine.

Q5. Does the raw materials require any additives to aid in the forming of the pellets? 
Answers: It doesn't need to add any additives to aid in the forming of pellets. The only thing you need to do is to control the moisture of the raw materials properly.
