Introduction of animal feed pellet machine
It can produce wood pellet and feed stuff pellet. It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer,
organic manure as well as fertilizer for low-temperature granulation.
Biomass pellets are widely used in house- warming and power generation. As an alternative fuel for non-renewable energy like coal, oil, gas, biomass raw material is a kind of clean and renewable
energy with advantages of energy saving and carbon emission reducing.
The main electrical control system uses the international standard delta starter, running extremely stable. All the models have CE certificate and warranty period for 2 years.

Using special high quality materials and advanced even shaft driving device, the key components are high quality alloy steel with wear resisting material. Q1. Does this machine can make wood pellets?
Answer: This machine can make both wood pellets and feed pellets. When making feed pellets, it performs better and the capacity is bigger.
Q2. What are the spare parts for this series pellet machine?
Answer: The spare parts for this machine are one die and two rollers.
Q3. How often should I change the spare parts?
Answer: The long life time of the die and rollers is 1500 hours at least. It needs to change the easy wear parts every five months. If maintained and used well, the parts can be used about EIGHT months or more.
Q4. How often would the machine need to be serviced?
Answer: Every three months is the best for the machine.
Q5. Does the raw materials require any additives to aid in the forming of the pellets?
Answers: It doesn't need to add any additives to aid in the forming of pellets. The only thing you need to do is to control the moisture of the raw materials properly.
