The energy saving biomass pellet burner for drying system is adopting high temperature pyrolyzing all kinds of biomass material, then converting it to high quality heating source residue-free, replace of coal, electric, fossil oil, gas to supply heat.
Features of the energy saving biomass burner/ wood pellet burner for drying system :
1. Using biomass pellets,farming waste(straw, wheat stalk, corn stalk, cob, rice husk, peanut shell, Cotton branches, weeds etc.), forest waste(trees, bark, tree root, leaves, wood shavings, sawdust etc.) etc, as raw material.
2. The biomass pellet raw material crushed aggregates under
3mm in diameter is the best material for the burner,of course, it can also use the biomass pellets directly.
3. There is no CO2, SO2 or other harmful gas produced when the biomass pellet burner working, environment protecting.
4. Screw feeding, high temperature increasing oxygen, temperature control moisturizing automatic intelligent control system.

6. Vortex design, multi-cyclone increase oxygen, raw material could be made full use with maximum limit.
7. The heat efficiency can reach up to 95%, temperature can reach to 800-1200 degree.
