Feature
1. Nearly all hot air cycle within baker, high heating efficiency, energy saving.
2.Utilizing forced heat air cycle within baker, without air separating plate, material can be dried uniformly. Vapor, heat water, power, FRI all can be used as heating resources.
3.Low noise, steady operation; temperature auto adjustment; easy access to temperature control, repair and maintenance;
Main Application
1.Heating source: Vapor, Heat conductive oil, hot water, electric heating pipe, FRI etc.
2.Operating temperature: Vapor heating ambient temperature ~1400C, Max 1500C.
3 .Electric, FRI, ambient temperature~3500C.4.Auto-control system and computer control system as option. 5.Common vapor pressure 0.2~0.8MPa. 6. Electro-heating (type I) 15 kw. 7.Special requirements should be indicated while ordering; 8.No standard baker can be produced based on process parameter. Operation ambient temperature exceed 1400C or less than 600C should be marked out while ordering. Bake vehicle and tray’s dimension are standard, changeable. 9.Bake tray dimension: 460×640×45mm

Application :
Hot air dryer machine is used for drying apple ,banana ,pineapple ,mango,kiwi,honeysuckle ,
Mushrooms,peanut ,plum,maize seed ,dried fish ,meat ,beef jerky ,litchi,longan etc
Explanation of hot air circulating oven:
1. Options of heat source: steam, electricity, or far infrared, or both steam electricity.
2. Drying temperature: steam heating 50-130 ℃, Max.140 ℃.
3. Electricity and far infrared:50-300 ℃.Automatic control system and computer control system on request.
4. Commonly used steam pressure 0.2-0.8Mpa (2-8 bar).
5. For CT-C-I, electric heated, rated power consumption: 15Kw, real consumption: 5-8Kw.
6. The special requirements should be indicated at the time of order.
7. Please consult as for any special requirements.
8. For operation temperature of over 140 ℃or less than 60 ℃,please indicate when order.
9. The ovens and baking trays made by our factory are uniform in dimensions, and can be exchanged each other.
10. Baking plate dimensions: 460*640*45mm
