Enriched Artificial rice processing line Introduction 

Artificial rice is produced by screw extruder machines. The artificial rice allows the introduction of additional nutrients and flavorings into the granule that are not present naturally. It has the abundant nutrition and the similar shape to the rice. 

Vegetable materials can be used for enriching the artificial rice product, and can be isolated from carrots, spinach, tomatos, onions, and beets etc.

The enriching materials can be freshly minced material or pastes, juices and fried flakes or chips. Additionally, powdered or freeze-dried enriching material can be used. The mixture will contain from 2% to 45% of at least one of enriching materials.

Raw material→ mixing→ screw conveying→ extruding→  drying

2. Equipments: 
Raw material→ Mixer→ Screw conveyor→ Extruder→multi- layer dryer  

3. Ingredients: rice, millet, black rice, wheat,corn, buckwheat and all kinds of corns and cereals as raw material and makes the vitamin, protein and mineral composition mixed, extruded, then it can become the rice appearance again. This process is easy and convenient and has the same edible method as the natural rice.
