1.Automatic chocolate nut coating machine introduction :
1.This full stainless steel material chocolate coating machine with hot air pipe ,it is an ideal equipment for sugar/chocolate coating making,it is applicable for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical industries and so on.

2.Working principle of coating machine
This machine consist of main body, worm wheel box, coating pan, heating device,hot air&common blower,electrical equipment, etc.
The transmission process that the motor drive the worm wheel and worm via triangle belt to make the coating pan rotate.Then the material revolve up and down in the coating pan, so that even mixing, pelletizing and polishing can be completed well.

4.Voltage for machines:
Normally China standard voltage three phase 380V/50HZ ,Single phase 220V/50HZ .But also can adjusted depend on customer local voltage requires .
Payment term: 30% is paid by T/T , the balance 70% is paid before shipment or finished tested .

Installation: We can dispatch Engineer for install machines line to buyer factory , buyer should provide round-trip ticket fee , visa fee , room , food and $80 /day as allowance
