Twin screw extruder can produce many different snack food,pet food,fish food,nutirtional powder,soybean meat,starch and other foods.
If produce fish food(floating fish food,sinking fish food and others) and pet food pellet. Raw materails: corn, wheat, soya bean meal, meat meal, bone meal, vegetible fibre etc. Capacity 70kg/h, 150kg/h, 260kg/h, 550kg/h, 1ton/h, 2tons/h, 3tons/h
If produce snacks,usually raw material is corn flour,wheat flour and other cereal flour also can mixing other cereal flour.
If produce modified starch raw material will be starch.
If produce soybean meat,raw material cereal flour,soyebean flour,and other Soy protein isolate

1. Twin screw extruder are consisting of feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, and Gearing system and controlling system. 2. Feeding system, extruding system and cutting system, adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation. 3. Automatic lubrication and cooling system guarantee the extruder running safely. 4. According to different material, we can choose the relative single or double screw feeding system; the material should be uniformity and stable. 5. Screw is made by special technique, is able to bear grinding, steady and reliable, longer using life. 6. According to different screws design rate to meet different technology request.
