Hot Air Puffer or popper machine for snack Pellet and Popcorn
This line adopts the lastest puffing technology to puffed the U.S. corn directly. The technology is an effective combination of temperature and hot air circulation. High thermal efficiency,low production cost and easy operation is your best choice to achieve “peferct corn puffing”.
This is a continuous flow, air suspension, fluidized bed dryer or oven. The raw product is first fed into a horizontal rotating perforated metal cylinder. A blower forces heated air up through the perforations in the cylinder with sufficient pressure to fluidize the product flow. The high velocity of the air agitates the product and provides for very rapid and uniform heat transfer to the product. dry puffers offer an adjustable feed rate, residence time, air suspension pressure and temperature. This allows an aperator to opptimize product characteristics.
Applications : processing corn flakes, popcorn, crispy rice ball , starch pellets, extruded snacks, vegerables and grains; in addition to, roasting nuts and coffee beans orpastrurizing ingredients.The temperature of running can get 350°C. It is equipped with compelling ventilation heating system, inner layer air flow baffle, accurate temperature control, and thickened insulation layer. Its advanced technique provides all the necessary functions in low power, high heating efficiency, low running cost, and less machine maintenance.
