1.Description of instant rice
For the instant rice food processing equipment has advantage of high degree automation and energy saving.
It can use rice ,millet,brown rice,buckwheat and other cereals as raw materials.
After strengthen mixed with a variety of vitamins,proteins and minerals,and extruded,mixed and cured in
extruder,it became to rice again.
The usage is same to natural rice,but more sample and convenient than before.
It not only nutrition but also adapts to the fast rhythm of the modern life.
For Instant Rice(it is porridge after brewed by boiled water in 3-5 minutes)
2.Production line is
Mixer---extruder---vibrate cooler machine machine---roasting machine---vibrate cooler machine --- high-temperature inflated machine---roasting machine---cooling machine---packing
In fact,it is basis on artifical rice/nutritional rice line,only need high temeperature to drying.
3.Voltage
Chinese voltage is 220v 1phase,380 3phase 50hz.our factory always can make different voltage according to customer's requirement.

And offer the on-line video instruction for the operation.
Q3: What is the payment terms if we want to buy the machines?
Usually it is 30% by T/T, pay the balance by T/T before delivery or L/C at sight.
