after pretreatment, the scraper conveyer transport the materials to the expeller for pressing tea seed oil,then we can get crude camellia seed oil for refining.
C. tea seeds oil plant refining workshop introduction:
1. camellia seeds soil degumming and deacidification: removing the phosphatide by adding hot water and alkalia.
2. camellia seeds oil decolorizing:removing the pigment by adding bleaching earth,and then use the filter to separated the wasted earth.
3. camellia seeds oil deodorization: removing the FFA and other solid particle to get the good smell oil.
