Corn germ→ magnetic box → cleaning →flaking → oil pressing → oil
filtration→ extraction plant.
Then,the pre-pressing corn germ cake goes to leaching workshop to finishing leaching;
Solvent
↓
extractor → miscella → 1st, 2nd evaporation → stripper → crude corn germ oil
↓
Wet meal → DTDC toaster → corn germ cake.
Finally,the crude oil needs to be refined to get refining corn germ oil, after degumming, deacidification, decoloration, dewaxing, deodorization.
Crude corn oil → degumming ,deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined corn oil.
