Our company's die is made by international advanced German gun drill and American vacuum furnace, has long service life and ensure smoothly pelleting and high quality. We can produce many kinds of ring die according to your requirements.
According to the material, the die can be segmented into two kinds, stainless steel with long life and alloy steel with low price. Also according to the die's hole diameter, L/D ratio and size of ring dies fabricated, the dies can be segmented into many different kinds.

The Processing Technology of Ring Die for Making Wood Pellets
Forging billet→Rough Lathing→Punching→Hole Grinding→Heat treatment→Finish machining
♥ Advanced Automatic Ring Die Processing Technology. Imported gun driller for drilling; vacuum furnace for scale-free heating; highly polished.
♥ Good Mechanical Properties. Good tensile strength, good abrasion resistance, good corrosion resistance, good impact resistance, good heat resistance, good fatigue resistance.
♥ Long Service Life. The service life of our ring die for making wood pellets can be up to 2000 tons; and for making feed pellets can be up to 10000 tons.
♥ High Quality Pellets. Finished pellets made by our ring die have smooth surface and high density.
♥ Different Hole Dia. to choose. Ring die diameter for feed pellet mill ranges from 2mm to 10mm; ring die diameter for wood pellet mill ranges from 6mm to 12mm.
Generally speaking, the higher the compression ratio, the denser the finished pellets. But it does not mean that the higher the compression ratio, the better the pellet quality. Compression ratio should be calculated based on your raw material for making pellets. Commonly compression ratio is inversely proportion to the hardness of raw material, the harder the raw material, the smaller the compression ratio.
