Packing Process-----Packing Machine:

After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best semi-auto machine to you.

Generally, most clients needs one small weight range scale with auto sealing packing machine, and one large weight range scale with semi-auto packing machine. For the first one, the weight range will be 15-25kgs per bag, and for large scale, it will be 1000kgs per bag or 800kgs per bag, up to different clients needs.

Packing Machine:

1.The Automatic Bagging Scale belt feeder type with single weigher hopper provides a complete bagging and packing arrangement, available in a range of sizes; handling 5 - 25 kg bags at up to 500 bags per hour. High accuracy with weighing precision: static + 0.1%, dynamic + 0.2%. The system comes complete with a feeder, hopper, scale, sewing machine and bag conveyor. Bag weights are adjustable and can be preset. In continuous operation, the weights of individual fill and cumulative fill are recorded and shown on the digital display.

2. Large scale Pellet Packing Machine
This is semi-automatic scale, which needs to put the bag under machine by worker, but material filling, weighing, and transporting are all automaticlly done. High accuracy with weighing precision: static + 0.1%, dynamic + 0.2%. It works with auto-runs carter to transfer packed matierl from packing place to strage place.
