Pretreatment process and the machines:
Cleaning process:
Adopt the magnetic separation removing iron miscellaneous and vibration sieve removing broken clear, rice Xi, etc
Expanding process:
Adopting the expander can both improve the yield of rice bran oil and reduce the consumption. The extrusion puffing, on the one hand, can make solution lipase in the rice bran passivated under high temperature and high pressure condition,then prevent the rice bran oil rancidity; On the other hand, the extrusion puffing can make rice bran be porous material grain, and increases the materials bulk density, then improve the permeability and leaching rate which solvent reacts to the material.
Extraction process and the machines:
Material embryos→Extraction→Wet meal→Evaporation→Cooling→Product meal packing
↓
Mixed oil→Filter→Negative pressure evaporation → Crude oil
↓
Solvent recovery
Brief Introduction of the extraction:
1,Function:the extracting system is a way to get oil from the oil seed material through using a certain organic solvent. The principle is use the different solubility of the solvent.
2,Use range:the extracting system is applied to pre-press extraction of high-oil-content oil seed materials and direct extraction of low-oil-content oil seed materials.
3,Main parts:the extraction system include extractor,steamer,first evaporator, second evaporator, stripping tower, condenser,water distributor, etc.
Main equipment parts:
1,Extractor:in the extractor, spraying the solvent to the oil material flake and dissolve the oil fats.Then get the wet meal also the mixture of oil and solvent.
2,Solvent pump:spraying the solvent to the oil material continuously.
3DTDC:separating the solvent from the wet meal.
4,Evaporator:separating the solvent from the mixed oil to get the crude oil and recycling the solvent.
5,Stripper:evaporating the rest solvent in the oil.
6,Condenser:cooling the solvent from gas to liquid for recycling.
Detail of the extraction process:
1,the material (oil seed flake)after pretreatment processing is sent to the extractor,and then spraying the solvent to the material, the material and the solvent are well blended. This is done in the extractor.the solvent generally is n-hexane.
2,the oil are extracted from the miscella after being dissolved by the solvent.
3,the mixed oil(oil and solvent)are pumped into the miscella tank, the wet cake are sent to another tank.
4,the oil and the solvent are separated through filtrate,first evaporation,second evaporation,and stripper.then get the crude oil.
5,the separated wet cake are also Desolventized, through drying and cooling,we can get the pure meal. It can be packed for selling or as animal seed or other use.
6,the tail gas will ne recovered and waste will be exhausted.
Refining process:
Crude oil----degumming----deacidification----decoloring----filter----deodorizing----fourth grade oil
Crude oil----degumming----deacidification----decoloring----filter----deodorizing----dewaxing----degrease----first grade oil

Introduction of the whole process:
A,First send the crude oil into the mix reactor with certain quantity water and acid, after well blended send into the centrifugal separator and then separate the oil sediment.
B,Second send into another mix reactor, adding certain concentration alkali and well neutralization reaction. Separate the soapstock through the centrifugal separator.
C,Now wash the crude oil with light alkali and water, washing out the residual soapstock.
D,Third send the oil into the bleaching tower,well blended with certain quantity clay, under the certain temperature,time,vacuum condition, the clay absorb the colorful substance and other impurities. Then separating the waste clay through the centrifugal separator.
E,At last send the oil into deodorization tower,under the certain temperature and vacuum condition, deodorizing the oil through steam stripping. Then get the fourth grade oil.
