(1)The Vegetable Oil Production Machine Pretreatment Process:
vegetable seed---Magnetic separation---Cleaning ---Crushing---Flaking---Pressing-To Extraction Process:
a.Different combinations of process can process various oil plants in one workshop.
b.Use special intensified pretreatment technology for aroma peanut oil to make it more aroma.
c.Adopt advanced and reliable shelling technology to meet higher requirements for protein content in meal.
d.Extrusion treatment is used for raw materials with hard extraction, large-sized powder, and large
capacity, which can reduce residual oil and solvent consumption, and increase the capacity by 50-80%.
e.The new technology of shelling and low-temperature treatment can ensure high protein and least denaturation.
(2) The Vegetable Oil Production Machine Solvent Extraction Process:
a. The crude oil (for pretreatment) is sent to rotary extraction by the scraper conveyor. The crude oil will extracted by the solvent or mix oil. After this step, we will get meal and mix oil
b. Meal is send to toaster. Through the toaster, the solvent in the meal will seperate from the meal. The solvent goes to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction.
c. After the mix crude oil from the rotary extraction enters into 1st evaporator and 2nd evaporator, most of the solvent in the crude oil is separated.
d.The mix crude oil from 2nd evaporator goes to stripping tower and almost all the solvent is separated. From the stripping tower, we can get crude oil and solvent. The solvent is sent to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction.
(3) The Vegetable Oil Production Machine Refining Process:
Crude oil --- degumming --- deacidify --- bleaching --- deodorization
1. Crude oil: crude oil is commonly used for processing into edible oil .
2. Degumming:Usded to neutrilizing ,and water washing,to rid off the acid .
3.deacidify : Acid stripping is removing hair oil contained in the free fatty acid process, acid stripping methods of alkali refining, steam distillation, solvent extraction, etc.
4. bleaching: Used to rid off the color of the oil
5. Deodorization:Used to rid off the fetid smell/odour of oil by steam understand of high temperature.
