Edible oil production line groundnut cleaning machine
Groundnuts contain about 25% shell and 3% skin. Before taking oils and fats out of groundnuts by pressing or extracting, the mill needs to prepare it by cleaning, crushing, softening, flaking and cooking. Such preparation is called peanut pre-treatment. We can design special pre-treatment machines for you according to your condition.
Cleaning: using different size cleaning sieves and magnetic destoner to clean the different
impurities. After going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from peanuts.
Crushing: materials are divided into small pieces.
Softening: by adjusting moisture and temperature, we make the small pieces soft.
Flaking: then materials are made into thin flakes which are easy to get more oil.
Cooking: raw flakes are cooked to make the oils and fats in cells easier to flow out.

Machine advantage
