Edible Oil Packaging Machine
Machine’s features:
- It is based on the PET bottle filling technology.
- It adopts external long tube filling valve. CO2replaces air in the PET bottle so that the oxygen in the bottle is largely decreased.
- As the spraying nozzle could elevate, so the bottle could be cleaned completely. At the same time, the rinsing water is saved.
- The air conveyor is connected with the bottle-in device, and the transferring adopts the neck holding technology.
- The liquid level and pressure in filling tank are controlled by level probe and fine adjusting valve separately.
- The CO2in the filling tank will be filled continuously to assure the pressure constant and high purity CO2backpressure.
- The capper is equipped with high pressure frothing device to decrease the air in the bottle neck to the smallest.
- The machine is equipped with centrifugal lubrication system. It could lubricate each point automatically.
