Qie 2013 high-effective grain/corn huller and miller machine
Zhengzhou Qie Grain and Oil Co,Ltd is already 30+ years old. It not only manufacture machines in Grain and Oil making, also includes the deep processing for corn and field crop.
FEATURES:

4. The machine breaks the corn into 6-8 small particles which have a square shape and relatively are even by rigid collision and flexible kneading to ensure the integrity of germ;
5. High output; less flour; the rate of finished product can be improved greatly; it can ensure the germ get best extraction and purity;
6. Applied to totally enclosed design; safe, clean, and environmental protection.
FUCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
This series of machines are new products which are developed and manufactured by our company on the base of advanced domestic and foreign production technology.
It takes advantage of the hitting and cutting between the rotor and toothed plate, centrifugal impact, and collision and friction between corn kernels to destroy the structure of corn endosperm, the strength of corn embryo and the combinative strength between endosperm and germ will be decompose simultaneously so that the purposes of peeling, degerming and gritting can be achieved.
This machine is an ideal equipment for degerming in the corn deep-processing enterprises, the alcohol processing enterprises, corn oil companies, and feed processing enterprises.
