Method of operation
1.Put the machine on the flat ground, the power supply is switched on, and a good grounding.
2.According to the electric switch, so that the print head is moved to the upper part of the worktable, unscrew
thescrews on the cartridge pressure ring, first remove the cartridge's ring, and then remove the cartridge unscrewthe matrix plate fixation screws and locking hand wheel, the prepared matrix steel friction plate wip clean, into the machine, and lock.
3.The cartridge is clean, check the blade and inner wall, without any attachment to sand: in matrix steel cartridge, cartridge under mouth has two small grooves on the cutter fixing frame reinforcement, mount section ring, adjust cartridge into the cartridge screw, compaction, until you can scrape ink for check.
4. The 4 configuration will be good ink (ink adding diluent, dilution and can automatically flow state) is injected
into the cartridge, ink volume 1/3 is appropriate, cover up the ink box cover.
