Embossing working process:
1, The embossing roller should be heated to a required temperature before working,
2. it should be keep around the required temperature in working,
3. roller up and down control system
4. temperature control system for the embossing roller, we use OMRON brand.
5, The lower embossing roller can be adjusted up and down to adjust the space of two rollers
according to the thickness of the WPC product.
pallet ,the material of pallet is stainless steel pipe the surface of each part of machinery covered film
together with one set of packing list in english .
wooden crate : under fumigation treatment .together with one set of packing list in english
partial shipment allowed container shipment allowed before delivery ,
