Automatic Meat patty Meat Pie Forming and Coating Processing Line
1.Description:
Automatic hamburger meat/chicken fillet/fish steak process line can automatically finish the procedure of forming, flouring, bread crumbing processes. This line is characterized by high automation, mini size, easy opration, simple clean, and meets the HACCP standard.
2.Main machine production :
Forming Machine: automaticly perform the procedures of meat filling, forming and outputting, greatly reduces the cutting of the material and keeps the food natural quality, high capacity and so on;
Battering Machine: can offer a even coverage of the chicken (Poultry), beef, meat, seafood etc. There is the blower designed to remove the excess batter before entering the next processing procedure of breading or predusting;
Breading Machine:this machine coats evenly the chicken, beef, meat, seafood and top layer by outpouring the crumb from the hopper and a bottom layer while the products passing the convery belt;
3.Raw material: meat( poultry, beef, mutton, pork etc), seafood (fish, shrimp), vegetable (patato, pumpkin), cheese and their mixture;
4.Products: hamburger meat, chicken nuggets, chicken or beef steak, pumpkin patty etc.
5.Capacity: 36pcs/min, 200-600kg/h, 500-1000kg/h;
6.Voltage: in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage according to different countries;
