Description:
1.There is very less oil(only around 100kg) inside oil curtain fryer comparing with traditional type, can highly save the oil heating cost comparing with tradtional fryer with tons of oil inside, the heating power for 300kg/h fryer only 30kw, consumption only 20kw, quite low cost.
2.Oil can always keep fresh since only 100kg oil inside meawhile frying product will absorb 30% during frying, that means if fryer capacity is 300kg/h, the oil will become totally fresh every hour. The oil in the traditional fryer will keep heating and heating for a very long time, oil will become bad very soon.
3. Wider products range, suitable for sinking products like nuts, floating products and regular products like snack as well since all products are distributed on the belt.
4. Wider frying time range by adjusting transmission belt speed which suitable from quick frying snack to long time frying meat and peanut.
5. Due to oil curtain distribution design, the frying is like fry-stop-fry-stop-fry-stop so can avoid product over-frying, moreover this design makes product not only has crispy and beautiful color outside but soft inside.
