"Vegetarian Loved" Soya Meat /TVP/Soya Protein Making Machine
Protein extruder adopts the design of combined functional screws, the production parameters can be controlled automaticly and accurately. This line adopts low-temperature soybean meal, peanut meal, wheat gluten isolated soya etc as main raw materials, which can produce textured protein and fibre protein with certain strength and toughness. The production technology makes it possible to effectivly produce high quality fibre protein and textured protein.
Flow Chart:
Mixing —Extruding — —Drying —Cooling—Packing
1.Raw material mixer: to mix varous raw material evenly
2.Screw conveyor : to convey raw material to extrude
3.Twin/Double screw extruder :to extruder and cook the raw material into different shapes protein
Water cooling tower: to supply cooling water in the processing process
Water injector: to inject water on the producing process.
Vibrating cooler: to spread the products and cool it quickly.
4.Air conveyor: to convey the food to the next machine
5.Belt drying oven: to dry snacks food by circulating belt.
