Certification:
Are there vehicle approvals for EC or from german TUV to this trailer?
- If not : Are there such approvals for the fited axles, brakes, A-frame, couplings, lights and else technical relevant parts?
- Are there stresscalculations for the chassis/frame and probably the A-frame?
We have E-mark / DOT for the tyre and light and reflector of our trailer.
Transport: we quote as FOB price and we can arrange shipping for you in China with the help of our forwarder and get the best freight for you.
Terms of payment: T/T. 40% before production and the balance paid at the sight of the fax of B/L.
Reason of 50% deposit: As you know in China usually factory can get material and pay for it next month. But main material for trailer is steel which should be paid within one month so we have fund pressure.Thanks for understanding. Some of our old buyers pay 100% in advance now.
Lead time: Within 20-25 days for one container ( or 3 container with one item trailer).
About samples:
Regarding to our existing trailers usually we don't supply samples for the reasons of :
1.Samples are easy to be damaged in LCL transport by many times loading and unloading which we can’t see and control. Then we get complaint from buyers.
2.Samples order takes a position in our production orders , we need to make stronger steel frame to pack them, send them to port by truck and prepare export documents. All of these makes sample cost goes high. That’s why we ask for extra sample cost.
3.We can make sure of the quality of our existing trailers as they are sold very well in many markets by old and new buyers.
So our MOQ now is 20ft container. And if it’s a new model we’d like to make a sample for our
buyers then get his confirmation to start container production.
