The detailed info of the insulated box body as follows:
1)Panel are formed at high pressure by vacuum technique of Germany,
2)Easier installation,
3)Fast installation
4)New type FRP was used as outer skin of roof, wall and door.
5) The panel used for the truck body was constructed in type of sandwich.
6)The middle layer of the sandwich is a kind of new type fluorine-free polyurethane foam/Extreded polystyrene foam.
7) The sandwich panel is fixed to the steel frame with high strength adhesive and screws.
8) The thermal insulation layer is 50-80mm thick, which offers a very good thermal insulation performance.
9The refrigerated truck body is tight and solid with a very high mechanical strength, smooth and nice appearance, anti-corrosion, shock-proof, standing wear and easy to be washed.
Features:
) we have different thickness of the fridge truck box bodies panels(50mm, 75mm, 100mm,105mm, 125mm, the middle layer of the sandwich is polyurethane foam, no matter the thickness is thick or thin,the density all is 42kg/m3, it is meeting national AAA standard.
2) FRP is used for both inside and outside skin panels, if you need higher demand, we also can offer the stainess steel and aluminium materils.
3) Light weight, high strength -The aim is to improve loading quality
4) Good insulation --To improve the refrigeration units usage life and reduce transportation costs
5) Good sealing - to ensure the box body airtight, waterproof to improve the insulation of the box.
