2. The advanatages of Insulated/Freezer Van Body
1).It is made of GRP and PU foam with all-closed structure that the GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic Fiber) outside and PU foam in the core.
2).Light in weight:40% lighter than metal body.
3).It is good at strength and long life.
4).Non-corrosion, non-pollution, anti-brine, acid and soda-resisting.
5).The panel used for the truck body was constructed in type of sandwich.
6).The thermal insulation layer is 50-80mm thick, which offers a very good thermal insulation performance.
7).Customer can select size doors.
8).We can also furnish you refrigerator units, the Temperature range can be 0°C ~ -18°C.
3. The main character of our truck body
Light in weight, better insulation, high in strength and long useful life. Non-corrosion, non-pollution,anti-brine,acid and soda-resisting. Easy to be asembled and repaired at site.
The refrigerated truck body proecessed with FRP with insulation foam. Our standard thickiness is 80mm. But the thickness can be changed according to customer's requirements, like 60mm and 100mm.
What's more, our truck body has passed ISO9001:2000 Certification, TS/ISO16949:2002 Certification, so we are sure that our quality is superior.
