1. Truck body of our refrigerated van uses international advanced totally enclosed polyurethane boards structure, the inner and outer plates have glass reinforced plastic sheet, color coated sheet, aluminum-magnesium alloy plate, high-density rigid polyurethane foam as density board.
2. The structure of the truck box is made by hot -press compound, so they have excellent insulating performance. The surface of body features smooth and good corrosion-resistance and Ageing resistance, which is also suitable for Colorful carriage advertisement.
3. According to customers different requirements, truck body can add side door optionally, choose every different temperature; Inside can have optional configurations, such as fixing device, suspension device, counterflow unit and dewatering installation etc, which can meet the clients needs well.

Body Description

It is made with professional techniques and FRP compound panel. New type FRP was used as outer skin of roof, wall and door. The panel used for the van was constructed in type of sandwich. The middle layer of the sandwich is plywood or polystyrene foam. The sandwich panel is fixed to the steel frame with high strength adhesive and screws. The thermal insulation layer is 20-50mm thick, which offers a very good thermal insulation performance. The van body is tight and solid with a very high mechanical strength, smooth and nice appearance, anti-corrosion, shock-proof, standing wear and easy to be washed.

The van is built in a full close steel frame structure. All panels are adhered with high strength structural adhesive to achieve the most reliable conjunction, sealing and insulation properties. This structure is also easy and fast to be assembled.

The van feature at preserving heat, heat-insulated and can effectively minimize concussions on the basis of international new technology. It is proof to air, water, acid, alkali, salt and some other caustic materials.

 Our refrigerated vans processed with dry-wet method is made of GRP and PU foam with all-closed structure that the GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic Fiber) outside and PU foam in the core.
