The Hokuyo UTM-30LN Scanning Laser Rangefinder (30m) is suitable for security purpose as a monitor in outdoor environment. Also possible for sticking-out detection.

- The LN is an obstacle detection scanner that offers a single output when an object comes into the scanning zone.
