The drip irrigation tapes produced by this equipment are wisely used in farmland and greenhouse, especially suitable suitable for arid areas. It is a patent product for water and energy saving irrigation.
Properties of the products
The water saving apparatus of the labyrinth drip irrigation tape has the function of turbulence flow regime and pressure compensation.The labyrinth flow passage is formed through one-time vacuum intergrative hot prsaaing. With high manufacturing precision and multiple utlets, it can prevent blocking effectively and provice water eveny.
Mechanical characteristics of the labyrinth drip irrigation belt
1. The screw and the barrel of the extruder use superior nitrogen treated alloy steel 38CrM0AlA. The surface of the screw is sprayed with alloy to prolong its service life. The screw adopts new type structure, which is especially suitable for PEregenerated material with good plasticizing effect.
2.The molding die head of the drip irrigation belt membrane tube adopt hot runner helical centeral material feeding structure. The membrane tube is pre-cooled by air form cast aluminum air-ring.It adopts far_infrared diameter measuring apparatus to keep the evenness of the membrane tube's thickness. The membrane tube has high strength and high controling precision.
3. It uses domestically advanced molding device. which makes the space of the inlet and outlet of the drip irrigation belt labyrinth even and stable. so as to assure the evenness and conformity of the dripping volune.
4.It uses coupling(or crawler) to haul. The whole traction process uses frequency control. The production line is stable during the producing process.
5. It is matched with double-stage central coiler, which makes the operation flexible.It's equipped with electric length-counting device which can measure length of product accurately.
6. The whole machine set adopts digital electric conrrol,which can be conveniently operated.
