Featuers and application
This equipment can be divided into two kinds of machine types:monolayer and double layer. And the double layer machine has the feature of stable property high output, advanced technology and sinple operation. So the products have advantages of high tension strength and long service life.
1. Forming method:Flat blowing and bottom blowing vacuum forming.
2. Equmipment composition: extruder, die head, molding device,haul-off device,inker, double station recoiling machine,and so on.
3. Punching machine:A Pneumatic punching machine, B Laser-been punching machine.It can punch on-line.
4. The width of the products are between 30mm-80mm, and the width and thickness can be adjusted according to specific requirements.
