Application of the products:
The drip irrigation belt products manufactured by this equipment are widely used for planting of farmland and greenhouse, especially suitable for arid areas. It is a patent product for water and energy saving irrigation.
Properties of the products:
The water saving apparatus of the labyrinth drop irrigation belt has the function of turbulence flow regime and pressure compensation. The Labyrinth flow passage molding is formed by vacuum one-time integrative hot pressure. With high manufacturing precision and multiple outlets,it can prevent blocking effectively and provide water evenly.
Mechanical characteristics of the labyrinth drip irrigation belt:
1. The screw and the barrel of the extruder use nitrogen treated superior alloy steel 3CrMoAIA.The surface of the screw will be sprayed again with alloy to increase its service life.The screw adopts new type structure, which is especially suitable for PE regenerated material with good plasticzing effect.
2. The molding die head of the drip irrigation belt membrane tube used hot runner center to feed material helically. The membrane tube uses cast aluminum air-ring and is pre-cooled by air.It adopts far-infrared diameter measuring apparatus keep the evenness of the membrane tube thickness. High strength and high controlling precision.
3. It used the domestic advanced molding device, which makes the space of the inlet and outlet of the drip irrigation belt labyrinth even and stable,so as to assure the evenness and conformity of the dripping quantity.
4. It uses the coupling (or crawler) hauling.The whole traction process uses frequency control.The production line is stable during the producing process.
5. It used double-stage center coiling,which makes the operation flexible.It is equipped with electric length-counting device which can measure accurately.
6. The whole machine set adopts digital electric control, which can be conveniently operated.
