The double-layer drip irrigation tape is widely used for the irrigation of farmland and greenhouse planting.
Properties of products:
The double-layer co-extruded drip irrigation tape machine adopts double-layer co-extruded die head. The two-layer central hot runner helical material feeding forms networl interlaced extrusion molding .The membrane tube can stand high pressure. One layer uses regenerated plastic and the other uses raw material, which realize the purpose of lowering the costs and increasing the profits. Two layers of co-extruded material have clear disinction and perfect visual effect.
Characteristics of the double-layer co-extruded labyrinth drip irrigation tape machine:
1. It adopts plastic extruders of different molels or equivalent models to exrrude at the same time. The extruders adopt frequency control to control the output.
2. The molding die head of the drip irrigation tape membrane tube uses double-layer co-extruded hot-runner central and helical material feeding structure. The membrane tube is high and the thinlness is even.
3. It uses separate vacuum forming device to reach the physical properties of the double-layer drip irrigation tape.
4. It uses coupling (or flat belt) hauling and frequency control. The production line is stable.
5. It uses double-stage central tension coiling structure and is equipped with far-infrared electronic counting device, which can proviceaccurate length of drip irrigation tape coil.
6. the whole machine set adopts digital electrol, which can be conveniently operated.
