Feature of swimming pool solar heating:

3. The pipe is made of red copper and conducted by heat transfer medium fluid, water does not flow in the vacuum tubes. Controller for collector has anti-freezing function. Circulation pump is operated when it reached fixed temperature.

How does swimming pool solar heating work?
The system circulates the pool water through the collectors and back into the pool. The temperature of the water is raised significantly as it passes through the collector array. To control the the temperature of the pool water, a differential thermostat can determine whether or not additional heat is needed. The system can be integrated with the existing filtering pump by the use of a 3-way valve or use an independent pump. The use of an independent pump our is preferred for reliability and control options.
Summer chilling of swimming pool solar heating:
During the hot summer months you can use the installation to chill your pool. Under this operating mode, the system runs during the night and refreshes the pool water that circulates through the panels.
Do the swimming pool solar heating need to face south?
Not necessarily. The solar pool collectors should be installed where they can be in the sun a good portion of the day. Depending on the angle of the mounting surface east and west facing systems can function equally as well.
Maintenance of swimming pool solar heating:
There is little to no maintenance required on solar heating systems beyond your usual pool winterizing procedures.
Durability of swimming pool solar heating:
Solar equipment lasts longer than gas or electric heaters. Solar panels have a 10-year warranty and generally last 15 to 20 years or longer.

The solar collecotor shall be positioned facing sun as much as possible for a maximum efficiency.Idealy 30 deg.(above horizontal) facing south/east.
Position collector achieve a minimum of 6 hours of direct exposure to the sun every day will optimise performance. Larger systems can compensate in non ideal installations

*Installation Guide of swimming pool solar heating:
Solar collector can be installed almost anywhere on the roof of your house, garage, porch, shed, pergola or directly on your lawn.
*Recommended minimum pool coverage is 70%*
Calculation Example: Rectangle Pool Metres 8m in length x 4m in width coverage required.
- Measure your pool i.e. 8m in length x 4m in width = Pool area 32 m2
- Recommended minimum pool coverage is 70% = 22.4 m2
- Each pre-fixed is 1x4m2 =4m2,so you require 6 pcs of pre-fixed to cover a 32 m2 pool (70% =22.4m)
- Ideally Solar Panels should face in a southern position.
- Direct sunlight for a minimum of 6 hours every day.
- Larger systems can compensate non ideal installations.
