PLASTIC FLAT YARN EXTRUSION MACHINE
I. SPECIFICATION OF PE FLAT YARN MAKING MACHINE
The SJPL series of high-speed flat film stretching line is advanced foreign technology and combined with reference to domestic technology independent development of specialized production equipment. The equipment is used by micro-processor control frequency conversion and advanced electrical digital analog control technology. Science principal technical index of line reach international advanced level. The line has the performance of high speed, top output and good forming quality of the fiber drum. We apply automatic filter changing structure and fibrillating structure (for flexographic packing bag and fibrillating sewing string) according to customer’s requirement.
Our machine has such characters as follows,
- Specially designed screw can be used for both virgin and recycled material
- Six moisture absorption pipes dry the film perfectly
- Double layer oven is opened by double cylinder which makes the structure more
- The oven use PID intelligent temperature control and power regulator
- Specially designed passage, making hot wind distribute evenly
- The take-off units use casting frame to keep rollers running smooth
- High quality reciprocated screw with critically process
- European standard safeguard system
The principal technical index of this line reaches international advancing level.
This line has the performance of high speed, high production, low energy consumption, good forming quality of the bobbin.
The structure of this line is compact with a pleasing appearance, smooth running, flexible and reliable control excellent manufacturing techniques, convenient and safe operation.
It can be used in many aspects, especially in various flat forming conversions of thermoplastics, such as PP, HDPE, and LDPE etc. It is mainly used for woven bag, jumbo bag, geotexile.
