PE PIPE WINDER MAKING MACHINE
1.The machine is mainly used to rolling and packing of the PE pipe. It mainly matches other equipments such as extruder, vacuum calibration machine, cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutter and so on necessary use to form a complete extrusion line, usually installed next to cutting machine for process after, leading the formation pipe to be rolled and packed directly after hauling-off to avoid of the confusion brought by unwound affecting the product’s appearance image.
2.The machine runs in the case of the motor working, to guarantee the continuity of operation of the entire production line. Winding length is counted by encoder in the haul-off machine, when reaches the set length, the meter counter automatically output signal to cutting machine system. The pipes are clamped and cut off from the cylinder. After replacement, the new round of rolling enters to the next.
