Product Application
This set od machine is suitable foe making cushions and pillows filled with a mixture of fiber , foam and feather. The whole machine coniains five parts : fiber opening machine , foam shredder , sucking machine , mixing container and filling machine.
Main Features
1) )As long as you through a one-time opening, ordinary fiber cotton opening rate of over 99%, three dimensional screw cotton opening rate can reach more than 95%. And other short fibers such as sponge pieces, mixed feathers, large output, high efficiency.
2) Suitable for being sofa factory, bedding factory, toy factory, garment factory, uniformly textile production and processing of cotton fiber and filled into the cloth cover.
3)The whole machine adopts the garage or high temperature baking, not easy to rust; since this product since its launch, the enthusiastic response of the market, by the user's consistent high praise!
4) Customer can choose diffrente machine to assemble .
Foam shredder
Suitable for shredding foam wastes to articles of desired size, the size of the foam articles can be varied by changing the sift aperture diameters. This machine have three kinds of size.
Sucking machine
Convey opened 、carding fiber、feather 、 shredder foam to mixing container.
Mixing container
Suitable for mixing materials such as fiber, foam, and feather etc.While making cushions and pillows. The materials mixed are dept rotating by a fast moving stirring device to ensure uniform suction effects and unblocked filling process.
Filling machine
Ideal material for filling are fiber, foam shreds and wool. Easy to operate with the foot-valve.
