The producing process of egg trays

 First we put the materials such as waste paper or magazines into hydrapulper for pulping. Then by proportioning system, we can get the proper-dense pulp applying for products. Next by adsorption molding system, paper pulp will be absorbed to molds. Then we have the dewatering processing for forming products on molds. The waste water produced during this process will flow back to the pulp pond for recycling by waste water return system. It means that it won’ t waste and pollute. These products dewatered will be transferred into the drying system to be dried via transferring mold . Then we should inspect those products coming out from the drying line. If you want to make the appearance of products more exquisite and neat, you can choose hot pressing system to process. Finally we pack products by packing machine.
