Egg tray is also named paper-pulp egg tray. Egg tray always be used to protect eggs to be broken.
Egg tray is very easy to carry and to avoid eggs being damaged.
In the normal egg tray pulp molding process, the stock preparation system is very similar to a small paper mill. There is a hydraulic pulper that beats the waste paper to a uniform consistency with water to yield a 4% (solids) consistency pulp stock. To this mixture is added rosin sizing that usually forms about 1% of the solids content of the final pulp stock. This pulp is pumped into a storage chest. It is then pumped through a vibration screen, and a refiner to eliminate fibre bundles or lumps of unpulped paper and then it is dumped into a refined stock chest. The pulp slurry is pumped to the machine on demand from the machine control panel. White water is also added to the stock and is automatically metered with a concentration adjustment system.

The producing process of egg trays
First we put the materials such as waste paper or magazines into hydrapulper for pulping. Then by proportioning system, we can get the proper-dense pulp applying for products. Next by adsorption molding system, paper pulp will be absorbed to molds. Then we have the dewatering processing for forming products on molds. The waste water produced during this process will flow back to the pulp pond for recycling by waste water return system. It means that it won’ t waste and pollute. These products dewatered will be transferred into the drying system to be dried via transferring mold . Then we should inspect those products coming out from the drying line. If you want to make the appearance of products more exquisite and neat, you can choose hot-pressing system to process. Finally we pack products by packing machine.
