Introduction:

The Cycler 003 thermal cycler is reliable with excellent ramping rate (maximum over 5 ºC/sec) and most economic 

personal PCR.

The Cycler 003 is designed to be compact and portable.  It is only 600 cm2 footprint and weighs 6.8 Kg.

The self-adjusted heated lid (100ºC to 115ºC), designed to reduce the risk of sample evaporation, can be enabled or 

disabled. The heated lid only comes on if the block is set above 35°C.

The powerful programming logic makes it user friendly.  Several common used methods have been created as 

templates for users, this helps with even the most complicated protocol program set ups.  The on-screen displayed 

ramping rate helps users to monitor the working condition of the machine.

Two major sample blocks formats can be chosen. 

1. The small personal block:  25 X 0.2 ml and 20 X 0.5 ml

2. The half-full-size blocks:  48 X 0.2 ml and 30 X 0.5 ml.  

This design allows users to have more flexibility.
