Lab equipment thermal pcr cycler for DNA amplification
Introduction:
The Cycler 006 is the most economic and full function gradient thermal cycler.
The built internal gradient calculation function provides users very accurate prediction. And the gradient function gives a good linearity across the well plate (see the following graphic).
The adjustable heated lid (100ºC to 115ºC), designed to reduce the risk of sample evaporation, can be enabled or disabled. The heated lid only comes on if the block is set above 35°C.
The powerful programming method makes users easily understand and straight forward. Several frequent used
methods have been created as templates for users creating even the most complicated protocols with ease.
The Cycler 006 is also equipped with calibration capability as described in Cycler 004.
